Karri Biehle MSW, CPCC is an Account Executive at Binti. Karri has advocated on the behalf of children, youth and families involved in the child welfare system for 19 years. She has worked in different areas of child welfare but always with the same goal: that all children grow up in loving families.
Prior to working at Binti she was the Program Development Manager at Bay Area Academy, one of the five child welfare training academies in California, where she started the Art of Coaching in Child Welfare. Karri also worked as a national child welfare consultant and trainer for the Annie E Casey Foundation; she served as faculty on the California Disproportionality Project and co-authored an Ice Breaker Implementation Toolkit published by the Annie E. Casey Foundation. She also was a trainer and coach for the UC Davis Extension and the Bay Area Academy. Before consulting, Karri worked in a large county in California where she managed the program responsible for TDM implementation. She also worked as a Family Reunification Social Worker which is one of the roles she loved most.
