Dominique is an Enterprise Customer Success Manager and thrilled to be part of the Binti family. For more than 15 years, she has worked in account management and customer success, focused on proactively providing data-driven support to help customers define and achieve their desired outcomes on SaaS platforms. She is inspired and humbled by Binti’s mission and excited to collaborate with agencies to help improve outcomes in child welfare.
Dominique adopted her kiddos through foster care, and is passionate about contributing in her community to create positive social change. She is a foster mom to furry four-legged kiddos, and a host family for Safe Families for Children. She has a BA from the University of Wisconsin in German, a minor in French, and pursued post-graduate studies in business at DePaul.
In her spare time, Dominique enjoys books, podcasts, lots of dog walks, van life videos, and socializing with family and friends.
