Cam is the Vice President of Customer Success and joined Binti after being inspired by the mission of the company. He has 25 years of experience in information technology, account management, customer success, consulting, professional services, project management, sales, business development, and operations.
Cam’s career has focused on Customer Success for the past 10 years. He founded and led the Customer Success team at Socrata, a GovTech firm focused on Open Data. Most recently he led global operations for Tableau’s Customer Success team, where he managed a portfolio of over $1B in Annual Recurring Revenue across 100,000 customer renewals.
Cam is originally from Atlanta but has lived for over 20 years in Seattle, Washington. In his free time, he enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, floating, basketball, ultimate frisbee, spending time at his cabin in Washington’s Methow Valley, and anything involving his partner Laura and their two boys.
