Tiffany is a Customer Success Team Manager at Binti. She brings a wealth of experience from her 25 year tenure at one of the nation’s largest child welfare agencies. Her background includes managing Resource Family Approval and Family Finding programs.

Tiffany’s journey with Binti began as a user who recognized the transformative power of technology combined with compassion. Her firsthand experience with Binti’s software showcased how it can streamline processes, amplify impact, and create a real difference in the lives of children, families and staff. In her role as a manager at Binti, she integrates a user’s perspective into every situation, drawing not only from her own experiences but also from the valuable insights of our customers. This fosters an empathetic approach to her role.

Based in sunny Southern California, Tiffany shares her home with her children. Outside of work, she finds joy in exploring nature on hikes with her dog, satisfying her passion for travel, and engaging in friendly board game competitions.
