Cade joined Binti in December of 2020. They started as a product engineer on the licensing module before being the founding member of the integrations team. He currently manages the Integrations team and loves working directly with Binti’s clients. He enjoys working with highly specific and complex problems and building solutions that help clients meet their goals. Prior to Binti Cade worked for Red Hat and a number of mission driven start-ups in both NYC and the SF Bay Area. As a parent themselves, Cade cares deeply about the Binti mission and putting the child first.
In addition to his work at Binti, Cade is passionate about promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace and has spoken on a number of panels advocating for LGBTQ+ folks within tech. He also volunteered as an organizing leadership team member for Out in Tech’s Digital Corps program from 2016 to 2022. During his tenure, Digital Corps built over 100+ websites for various LGBTQ+ activists and organizations around the globe.
Outside of work, Cade can be found working in their garden, playing saxophone and exploring the Bay Area by trail and bike.
