Madhvi Puri, CFO of Binti, is an accomplished finance professional with over 25 years of experience spanning leadership roles across various sectors in both public and private companies.
She served as CFO at Wizeline, Inc., a global technology consulting firm. Before joining Wizeline, Madhvi held key leadership positions at Quizlet, a global education technology platform with over 60 million users, and Thumbtack, a technology pioneer in the online home services sector. She also brings significant B2B expertise from her tenure at Taulia, which was successfully acquired by SAP. Throughout her career, Madhvi has excelled at building, mentoring, and scaling finance teams, while spearheading major initiatives such as establishing international offices in Bulgaria and the Philippines, executing secondary tender offers, and managing acquisitions and divestitures. Notably, she led Xoom’s successful IPO process in 2013.
Madhvi began her career as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers, followed by a decade in prominent public companies, including, Siebel Systems, Advent Software, and Del Monte Foods.
A third-culture kid, Madhvi grew up in Dubai, Mumbai, and Hong Kong. She fell in love with California while attending Claremont McKenna College and has called it home ever since. She currently resides in Lafayette in the Bay Area with her husband, 2 children and her dog.
