Adam Herling is the Head of Product at Binti, where he is passionate about using technology to improve outcomes for children and families in the child welfare system. He brings a track record of leadership at mission-driven startups, most recently at financial technology company OnePay, where he led the banking product, launched and scaled features used by millions of customers, defined the product roadmap and strategy, and built a high-performing team of product managers.
Earlier in his career, Adam worked in international development with One Acre Fund, managed the non-profit Financial Solutions Lab, and was a consultant at McKinsey & Company. He holds a law degree from NYU School of Law and a degree in Public Policy from Princeton University.
Originally from Santa Fe, NM, Adam now lives in Oakland, CA with his family, but misses the green chile. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, hiking, jumping in the freezing cold Pacific Ocean, and exploring the beautiful Bay Area.
