Carolina eagerly joins the Customer Support team as she is passionate about making connections and leaving a positive impact on others, especially children.
Prior to joining Binti, she worked internationally with Hyatt hotels in group sales where she gained extensive customer service experience in a bilingual environment. She is Ecuadorian-American, holds a B.B.A. in Marketing from Texas Woman’s University and trained to be a certified yoga and meditation instructor in India.
Outside of work, Carolina enjoys being out in nature with her four-legged child and continuing to pursue yoga and meditation with the mission of becoming the best version of herself.
