The Answer Foster Care made a strategic decision to modernize with Binti—unlocking faster licensing, stronger family support, and scalable impact.

Little Rock, Arkansas – When The Answer Foster Care launched in early 2024, they didn’t just want to license families—they wanted to serve them. Built on the values of faith, excellence, and deep relational support, the organization was founded to meet a real and growing need: more homes for children in care, and more wraparound support for the families who open their doors.

From day one, The Answer understood that values alone wouldn’t be enough—they’d need strong systems to match. Like many child welfare agencies, they faced growing caseloads, heavy documentation requirements, and the limitations of manual workflows.

In late 2024, The Answer took a bold step forward by partnering with Binti, a child welfare technology company that helps agencies modernize their processes, workflows, and reporting. The goal: bring clarity, speed, and scale to every part of the process—without losing the human touch.

“We were seeking a software solution that would streamline the foster parent application process while preserving our connections with families.” – Amy Hughes, Agency Director, The Answer Foster Care

The results were immediate. Families began uploading documents and completing forms from their phones. Licensing approvals became faster, communication tighter, and documentation easier to track. Staff reported fewer administrative bottlenecks and more time focused on families—mirroring what Binti has seen nationally, with social worker time savings of 20–40% and up to an 18% reduction in days to complete each approval across the U.S.

“Binti allows for quick and efficient tracking of licensing regulations for each home so we can spend more time serving our families and the kids we place.” – Ambra Conway, Family Specialist, The Answer Foster Care

Foster parents felt the change too. With more clarity, flexibility, and transparency in the process, the journey became less overwhelming—and more accessible to people who might otherwise have felt shut out by paperwork.

“Before we started the fostering process, we always heard about how long and difficult the process was. Ours was not any of that! It was so quick and easy.” – The Medford Family, Licensed Foster Caregivers

With more than 70 children in care and 30+ active families, The Answer is growing—and now they have the infrastructure to grow sustainably. Across Binti’s network, agencies have seen a 30% increase in approved foster/adoptive parents per year and ROI from cost savings and reimbursements at 3–10x. The Answer is on a path to realize those same outcomes while continuing to lead with care.

“We seek to go above and beyond in our service to families and the children they care for.  Binti helps us offer that exceptional level of service.” – Amy Hughes, Agency Director, The Answer Foster Care

In addition to core licensing and placement tools, Binti’s newest modules are helping agencies go even further. Their Family Finding module supports outreach to relatives and kin—helping place children with family at rates as high as 60–80%, far above the national average of ~35%. Their Service Referral Management tool gives agencies a closed-loop system to better coordinate services for children while also unlocking eligibility for Family First Prevention Services Act (FFPSA) reimbursements. And Binti’s new AI tools—used to automate case notes and form-filling—have helped agencies reduce worker admin time by up to 80%.

“The Answer has been an incredible partner to Binti, leading the way in embracing modern, human-centered technology to transform child welfare and deliver real impact. We’re excited to partner with the Answer to license more families more quickly for children as well as explore other ways to leverage technology to support children and families going forward.” – Felicia Curcuru, Co-founder and CEO, Binti

The Answer’s leadership recognized that adopting the right tools wasn’t about replacing people—it was about empowering them. Their decision to go digital reflects not only a willingness to innovate, but a deep commitment to serve more children and families, better and faster.

Binti partners with over 550 agencies across 36 states, including 12 statewide systems, and has served more than 100,000 families. Learn more at Binti.com.
