Alex believes strongly in equality of opportunity and is excited to take on the role of Customer Success Manager. Alex previously worked as an Account Executive here at Binti, managing county and private agency partnerships. She is excited to transition roles and work alongside current partners to drive results and add value. Alex taught middle school for many years and understands well the impact of family in the life of every child.
Prior to Binti, Alex spent a decade in child welfare, where she worked to reconnect youth with relatives and fictive kin for both support and permanency, engaged families interested in fostering or adopting, and led an intake team to match families with children coming into care.
In her free time, Alex enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats, exploring new restaurants and activities in the mountains of North Carolina.
