Alyssa is excited about her role as a Customer Support Associate at Binti. After getting her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California Baptist University, she worked in both administrative and customer support roles. As both her mother and sister are Licensed Clinical Social Workers doing therapy in private practice, she has grown up with a strong sense of empathy for others and a call to live that out. She is excited that she gets to help social workers, families, and children in such a tangible way, making an otherwise frustrating process a lot smoother.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys hanging out at coffee shops, going on walks, binge watching shows with her husband, having game nights with friends, or playing with her Labradoodle, Finley!
