Annika leads the People Department at Binti, working to attract, reward, and retain amazing talent and ensuring that everyone on the Binti team builds the skills and expertise needed to empower their own success – as well as the success of Binti’s customers, operations, and mission. Prior to Binti, Annika held roles in professional development and talent management at McKinsey & Co. She has a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
“Coach” is the single word that best describes Annika, as this is the mindset she brings to her work, her family, and her volunteering, which includes kids volleyball at the YMCA. As part of the Binti mission and experience, Annika is excited to be a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate). Her favorite question is “How can I help?”.
