Casilya is an Implementation Manager Associate at Binti and serves as one of the many gems in the Project Management Office. Casilya brings a diverse set of skills and background with her to Binti, having previously served as a Reading Interventionist, Dyslexia Specialist and, more recently, an onboarding specialist in the mobile technology space.
Casilya has always had a heart for people and uses her creativity and various passions to pour into youth and children through motivational speaking, literacy initiatives, and mentorships. She plans to use this same passion to positively contribute to the incomparable Binti culture and the processes that drive our clients to success.
When Casilya isn’t working, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, reading self-help books, cycling, spending quality time with her son, attending live music events, and watching professional football #TB12 and basketball!
