Over the last decade, Damian has had the opportunity to work in many roles in the technology sector, including project/ program management and consulting. Due to his prior business experience and education (MBA & MS MIS), he has always enjoyed fulfilling hybrid roles where technology intersects with business, and strategically helping clients optimize their operations. He enjoys building and problem solving, and believes in the power of communication. Being part of Binti is a professional dream come true, to be working at a company where everyone is passionate, focused on the same mission; additionally working for a dynamic/ growing company. He believes Binti is in a very unique position to make the world a better place with it’s offered technology. He has been a volunteer youth basketball coach for many years; therefore, the work and mission at Binti makes him excited about the impact we have. Born and raised in Poland, he currently lives in Orlando with his wife and 6-month baby boy. He loves to travel, sports and has become a decent chef over the last few years.
