Jasmine Singh is General Counsel at Binti, handling all things Legal. Prior to joining Binti, Jasmine was Deputy General Counsel at Patreon and Assistant General Counsel at Pinterest. She has extensive experience growing and managing legal teams, negotiating complex transactions, and leading with a commitment to equity, inclusion and diversity. In a past life, Jasmine was a litigator in Big Law.
Jasmine is also the founder of a decentralized philanthropy initiative called Dincert, which raises funding for non-profits that provide direct services. In addition, Jasmine serves on the Boards of Public Advocates and California Change Lawyers and was formerly on the boards of the South Asian Bar Association and the Young Women Social Entrepreneurs.
In the wee morning hours, Jasmine teaches cycling at Ride Oakland. She enjoys dancing, hiking, and eating her way through the Bay with her family.
