Jerry is the Head of Technical Account Management at Binti. Jerry joined Binti as its 3rd employee and has built the Technical Account Management team from the ground up. Jerry is a Bay Area native and has been working in technology for over 20 years. He went to Heald College in the East Bay and has worked in a variety of industries such as home theater, semi-conductor, and software. He has a passion for helping customers solve their technical issues and has many years of experience in technical support.
He is a world traveler who enjoys visiting new places, meeting new people, and trying the local cuisine. He is currently learning to speak Mandarin. In his spare time he enjoys doing volunteer work, reading, and playing a variety of sports.
