With over 11 years experience in customer support and a few years as Manager of Customer Service, Kraven has always been passionate about helping others. He is excited to be working with an amazing team of individuals who share the desire to help children in need.
In his spare time, he enjoys playing video games with his son, taking care of foster animals, playing board games with a group of friends, and visiting new breweries.
