Shannon was born in Mt. Shasta, and has lived in the Bay Area for the past 11 years. She comes from a background in Software QA and Customer Support. She cares deeply that customers have the best experience using Binti, and that the technology is making a positive impact for youth and families.
In her spare time, Shannon can be found exploring the coastline, and spending time with her husband and dove.
