Victoria is an Account Manager at Binti and supports our clients in driving towards the goal of building healthy and forever relationships for children in the child welfare system. She is a Bay Area native and has a B.A. in Child Development from Humboldt State University and a M.A. in Community Counseling from Appalachian State in North Carolina. For 18 years Victoria worked as a social worker and supervisor for child protective services; her background includes Investigation, Court, Reunification, and Adoption. Victoria also has experience writing homestudies and conducting visits for an international adoption agency. Prior to Binti, Victoria worked with an information technology consulting company where she managed staff and supported operations.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and her dog – Ava. Weekends are spent at the kids’ activities, backpacking, and knitting.
