SMS/Email Terms of Use

Last updated: April 12, 2023.

These terms of use apply to the Binti two factor authentication alert service (“Alert Service”).

This Alert Service is part of Binti’s two-factor authentication program. The Alert Service will send two-factor authentication messages to verify users signing into their account profile. To access Binti’s products on your device, you must choose to either receive a security code via SMS to your mobile phone number or receive an email to your registered email address.

When you choose to receive your security code via SMS, you will receive a single text message containing a code that is needed to complete the two factor authentication. You will receive this message every time you sign in with two factor authentication. By consenting to receive your security code via SMS, you certify that the telephone number you provided is your contact number.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to the short code. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to use the Alert Service again, you may visit the login page as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, chat with us on our website or email help@binti.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive one message from us per authentication attempt. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our privacy policy here.
