Hannah leads the People team team, where she supports our vision that it’s possible to be an inclusive, fair, open, and empathetic organization while still motivating high performance and achieving ambitious goals. Prior to Binti, she led teams in recruiting, operations, trust & safety, and risk management at Stripe and Facebook. She holds a BA and an MA in linguistics and loves learning new things, public speaking, telling stories with data, and thinking in extended analogies. She’s also passionate about increasing economic opportunity for under-represented groups, and outside of work volunteers as an interview and job search coach.
When Hannah isn’t working, she’s most likely reading a book, spending time with her husband and children, trying new restaurants, weightlifting, or making spreadsheets about hobbies she doesn’t have time for.
